All our products are custom made, built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.
We guarantee replacements/refunds if the issue or mistake when the fault is ours; for example misprinted or damaged items. The process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image), we will replace it at no cost. Just email us via firstname.lastname@example.org. You cannot return items unless they are defective.
We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:
a. You changed your mind for any reason. (If you wish to cancel or amend an order you must let us know immediately after ordering - and within 24 hours)
b. Incorrect sizes (Please refer to the sizing chart before ordering)
c. User errors/typos etc entered on personalized items
No refunds on free plus shipping items.
Return (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
