All our products are custom made, built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, yet we guarantee replacements/refunds if the issue or mistake when the fault is ours; for example misprinted or damaged items. The process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image), we will replace it at no cost.
